Bakhtar Women of the Year Award acknowledges the exceptional contribution, achievement, and commitment of Afghan women in Australia.
Please nominate someone who:
· Has achieved excellence in her field and/or made significant, observable services in the community
· Is inspiring role model for all Afghan women in the community
· Whose volunteer work has benefited the community and made a difference in other peoples’ life

Evaluation takes approximately 2 weeks. During this time, the judging panel will evaluate shortlisted nominations and will determine the award winner of 2022. The winner will be announced at the International Women’s Day event in March.
